How Our Classes Work

A hostess or host provides their kitchen and gathers friends for a cooking class. Each participant pays tuition which is $30 or $35 depending on the menu to be developed.

The hostess and chef work together to plan the class choosing the curriculum based on special themes such as Unique Appetizers, New Orleans Cuisine, Mediterranean Flavors, Italian Favorites, and Grand Dinner Party.

While teaching the two hour class, the chef demonstrates techniques based on his years of culinary experience and travels.

The informal setting of the home allows students to have hands-on experience, ask questions and enjoy the finished dishes.
