Provide professional instruction
Entertaining atmosphere

How Our Classes Work

A hostess or host provides their kitchen and gathers friends for a cooking class. Each participant pays tuition. The cost is $30.00 per person which includes food costs, but not alcohol beverages. We do not have a license to purchase alcohol beverages.) We base the class on having 8 to 10 attendees. The hostess and chef work together to plan the class choosing the curriculum based on special themes such as;

While teaching the two hour class, the chef demonstrates techniques based on his years of culinary experience and travels. The informal setting of the home allows students to have hands-on experience, ask questions and enjoy the finished dishes.
